How can I find out when new work is added to your shop?
The best way to stay up to date is by following me on Instagram @dawnhaydenart. I try to add new artwork regularly.
Can I return artwork?

Who actually owns the artwork?
Please note, that I retain ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK that I create. This includes sold and commissioned original works. I retain the right to create reproductions of ANY AND ALL ARTWORK that I create.
The collector (or buyer) MAY NOT REPRODUCE the artwork in any way without written permission. When a collector purchases a piece of my artwork, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
If you are interested in purchasing full rights to the artwork, please send me an email and I will be happy to discuss this with you!
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
I currently use USPS for shipping orders within the United States. I do my best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 7-10 business days (with the exception of some products and commissions.)
If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email me and I will do our absolute best to get it to you in time!
In the event that a package is returned to us due to error on the customer's end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
All paintings, prints, and products are final sale.
I do my best to protect your investment; however, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact me immediately at dawnhayden@yahoo.com with photos and I promise to fix the issue.
